The World at Midnight
Documentary Film About Synchronicity
A single day is shot in 24 different places around the world - simultaneously, 24 hours long and in 24 different time zones. Birth and death, war and peace, love and hate, all occur in this moment, simultaneously, in our world. We recount this synchronicity. We take a unique snapshot of our planet and the people who inhabit it.
Every single one of the 24 locations sits in a different timezone and consequently has a different time. The common time is UTC - Universal Coordinated Time – the time of pilots.
